各位前輩大家好
小弟之前有定期重訓(world gym)的習慣 後來因為受傷 醫生叫我停止重訓半年 改成游
泳
小弟之前好一陣子沒游泳了因此非常生疏(上次游是高中時期)
現在已經連續(每週四次)去游了30次,比較習慣了。
方式:捷泳 運動時間:一小時 游泳距離:1600公尺 (固定一週游四次)
想請問,若我的目標是「增肌減脂」,(小弟178cm 64.5kg ), 這樣的頻率 時間長短
游泳距離是否需要改進?(但小弟速度差不多只到這邊) 謝謝前輩指教!
