我是一位國中生,身高大概165左右,前一陣子量體重的時候,有49~50的數字出現。雖然我知道那在標準體重範圍,但是我還是希望能在47或48以下請問有什麼好方法嗎?例如飲食和在家裡就可以做的運動。我的飲食算很均衡的。...Showmore
