小弟目前有在減肥~想請問各位大大我的生活作息和飲食習慣哪裡還需要改變早餐:麵包或三明治+無糖咖啡一杯午餐:7-11的涼麵或熱狗+茶葉蛋一顆+無糖綠一瓶晚餐:川燙過的高麗菜和熱牛奶加在一起吃晚餐後洗完澡再吃一顆蘋果七點過後我就不再吃東西只喝水或無糖綠小弟每天下班有在慢跑~大約25分鐘+走�
