愛慢跑的大家好,小弟有個小問題想
請教大家,就是如果想練習全馬,因
為沒有跑過全馬,但是又想跑出個好
成績 除了每天跑步的里程數拉高,提
升自己的肌耐力之外,是否可以利用
,重訓來達到肌力訓練的效果? 還是不
建議重訓,如果重訓的話是要做什麼
動作會對耐力,有提昇的效果? 以上
