關於倒立的練習 - 游泳討論

目前遭遇的問題 今天試著在泳池裡潛到池底,然後倒立
潛下去是沒問題,但是倒立時很難受,感覺頭殼快爆了
所以就不敢再撐,趕緊到岸邊休息一下
有沒有人可以教一下倒立要怎樣練才能讓那種難受的感覺排除?
我潛水時都盡量把氣吐光,比較潛得快
