打TOSS可以很輕鬆 如模範生
打TOSS最重要的一個感覺就是在打到球的一瞬間
會有用右手頂球的感覺
然後就把手腕翻轉過去
而且不能因為TOSS的球慢慢輕輕的飛過來，打者出棒也慢慢的
一定要做到等球進來，再出棒
至於常常都會聽到有學弟不明瞭何謂『快速但是不用力』的出棒
這個動作是用腰帶動手以至於棒子
很快的從準備位置到擊球點，但是因為手腕在打到球就翻過去了，
所以力道不會像正常打擊那樣大（正常打擊在打到球以後還會多拉一段）
TOSS打多了，自然會對擊球點位置產生感覺
也可以對用棒子掌握擊球方向有感覺
相信各種方向的擊球都難不倒你了....
toss並不是要你輕輕的把球擊到某方向...有時候有些人都輕輕的用棒子碰一下
toss是要你在完整的揮棒動作中去完成你想要的方向...如同上面的第二段的說明
