間歇跑的強度 - 路跑 Road Running

目前每週有一天會在跑步機上做間歇跑
先以11km/hr 速度跑兩公里當熱身
跑完心跳大概 135
之後做三組 各一公里間歇跑
時速分別是 14.4km/hr 15.2km/hr 14.7km
每一組中間大概休息 2分 讓心跳降到120以下
第一組還好 跑完心跳大概 165
第二組衝到 175
第三組衝到 181
這樣的強度是否太強了 總覺得跑完身體消耗很大 也很疲倦
是否對身體健康不太好?只要心跳>170 身體就已經處於很不舒服的狀態
而181bpm更是~95%最大心跳了 很怕心臟會爆掉
