開始練跑後怎麼調適身體疲憊感 - 路跑 Road Running

為了年底第一次挑戰的台北馬半馬
從九月報名開始 從一開始只能跑5K
到現在練到一週可以跑一次10K (定速6分半 心跳138~150)
可是不知道一個月內練到10K是不是有點太急 覺得練跑以來每天身體都好疲憊啊!!
之前晚上睡6~7小時是ok的 現在卻幾乎每天早上都爬不起來
跑完10K的第二天更是完全死人樣 整天都提不起勁工作 食慾也變得比較差
想到接下來還要兩個月內練到21K 就覺得超級擔心!!
不知道版上各位前輩有沒有建議 要如何調適身體 才能盡快跟上練跑目標呢?
