長泳與健身和復健 - 游泳討論

小弟是位棒球員
一年半前右肩三角肌(有醫生說是旋轉肌)受傷發炎
休養一陣子脫離急性期後進入要復健加強肌肉強度的階段
小弟175 體重目前74-77間遊走
也有點肚子體脂在21-23間遊走也有想健身的念頭
但是因為不喜歡重訓所以想用晨泳的方式來健身
目前開始第一個禮拜大概是40 min游1100 M
捷泳和蛙泳交替參半
想請問板上大大對於晨泳的時間~長度~泳姿規畫有甚麼建議
能同時達到右肩膀復健和健身的效果
