長時間維持在高心跳區間? - 路跑 Road Running

最近拿到一組數據想和大家請教下

原則上在高強度的運動下心跳會很高,呼吸會急促
原則上要維持在zone5的時間不會太長,即使有練過的人也不能(會)維持太久
這二組數據是同一個人跑的 女性,約27-28歲 (完成半馬的均速為6km/hr及7.2km/hr)
但他的心跳比例分配讓我覺得很不解 66%及85%落在zone5!!!!
以速度來說不像是長期訓練的人,但以心跳及無氧耐受度來說,這已經是pro級的了
也就是快走就會喘到不行的人,怎麼能達到幾乎全程zone5(無意冒犯)
請大家幫我思考一下為什麼? 感謝
