長度和次數哪個重要? - 路跑 Road Running

小弟最近在練跑,希望能增強實力參加半年後的全程馬拉松,
之前的成績花縱半馬207,縮水的阿甘盃10K(實際約8.5K)46,
想請問如果要訓練跑全馬,長度和次數哪個重要呢?
像是如果每天跑5K或每隔兩三天跑一次10K,
這兩種對於準備全馬哪種比較有效呢?
因為我看一本路跑的書,裡面的全馬菜單,也是教人一周練個2-3次即可,
那是否意思就是隔個幾天跑一次長距離會比每天跑短距離來的有效呢?
請有經驗的前輩解惑了,謝謝。
