重訓後跑步 - 路跑 Road Running

在跑步計畫裡加入了一些重量訓練,想要鍛鍊股四頭肌減輕膝蓋的負擔。
是在重訓室裡做leg press,不知道大家重訓做完後隔天會不會覺得腳沒力沒力的,跑不
太動呢?
想說如果隔天不跑的話,加上前一天去做重訓,這樣就等於隔兩天沒跑了腳有點癢~
不知道各位做重訓的頻率是怎樣呢?除了股四頭肌及核心肌群需要加強之外,還有哪些是
對跑馬有幫助的呢?
再煩請各位先進給點意見了!
