我是個運動員,而本身的運動需要有體重的控制人家都說要多喝水但是每當運動完看到的體重可能比運動前的體重還要多讓我很懊惱每天固定兩餐到三餐的運動量且量也滿大的但是感覺一喝東西體重就上升了現在在三個禮拜內得下降4公斤左右該怎麼做比較好呢?...Showmore
