大家都知道,把慢跑當作運動,可以加強心血管功能,延緩老化,不過美國一份最新研究
報告指出,不只是不跑步的人,死亡率比較高,慢跑過量的人,也會增加早死風險,醫生
建議,一個星期慢跑3次,不要超過3小時,比較恰當。

常採取適度運動,大概是一週跑步2到3小時,超過這個量,或是完全不跑步的人,平均歲
數比較短。
網友:「有人問,我應該每天跑步嗎?不,你不需要每天跑步,一週3次就好。」
到底慢跑要怎麼跑才叫適度,跑步教練認為,一週跑3次就好,如果真的要每天都跑,速
度也要調整。跑步教練:「舉例來說,你在星期一長跑,星期二就改成短跑,如果你選擇
星期三跑快一點,星期四就跑慢一點。」
美國這份研究報告的範本,超過3800名跑者,平均年齡46歲,男女都有,其中7成的人,
說她們每週跑超過20英哩,研究人員還沒有找出,慢跑過多導致早死的原因,但已經排除
用藥或是抽菸,甚至是高血壓導致。老話一句,運動適度就好,慢跑前記得熱身,過與不
及都會對健康造成負擔。
