我身高151減肥前體重45今天是兩點後不吃東西的第12天過了快兩個禮拜也才瘦1公斤現在是44我早餐中餐都吃得很少也不油排便也正常也不加醬吃東西也會喝無糖豆漿但是沒有在每天運動是因為沒運動才這樣嗎有沒有誰用這種方法成功的可以分享一下^^我是哪裡需要改善推銷商品的請別來尤其是什麼美人的
