過了冬天整個被打回原形又傷痛 - 路跑 Road Running

去年9月復出練跑,
跑量連著好幾個月都破150
12月跟1月還突破200
3月去日本跑東北風土馬,跑完右邊髂脛束有些緊繃
4月初的北頭洋跑到19K就因為髂脛束有點fu而棄賽了。
4月天氣開始變熱
感覺之前練的能力都被打回原形
練跑時總是虛累累的
然後更慘的是腳一堆狀況都出來了
先是髂脛束緊繃,勤滾滾筒後目前還沒明顯狀況(只是目前很少跑>10K)
再是因為上面狀況下跑步的代償作用引起前距腓韌帶發炎(休了三天)
接著前幾天右腿後足跟後刺痛,本來還想說足底筯膜炎
可是看了看感覺比較像跟腱炎(腳踩地不會痛,提拉才會痛)
冬天那陣子跑量大時都沒什麼傷痛
怎麼這陣子跑量減少反而都浮出來了 Q.Q
