安靜心跳:91/min
血壓:140/78
身體組成:168/83.6 BMI=29.4
腰圍比:92.5/103=0.89
仰臥起坐:29
柔軟度:29cm
心肺耐力:指數49.5(我的運動後休息前三分鐘每個半分鐘 63,59,60)
然後喵看旁邊七八位五~六十歲的跑友心肺力 指數都59~61 (數據各各都是 2X~3X...)
常長跑的老人心肺機都異於常人?????
