最近某健身房有新推出氧氣瓶
那個氧氣瓶的網頁有寫說:
"運動過後會過度消耗氧氣,
所以運動前補充氧氣可以提高運動的效果
運動後補充氧氣可以減少肌肉和血液內乳酸的累積
所以可以幫助快速恢復體力"
請問這是真的嗎,運動前後吸氧,會對身體有幫助嗎?
