運動完不建議馬上洗澡,不論是熱水或冷水澡。
剛運動完,你的身體還在流汗排毒,而且有運動後的餘熱,身體需要排除廢熱。
如果洗冷水澡,會讓你毛細孔跟血管急速收縮,等於像是毒排到一半毛孔被關起來,
而且也讓身體廢熱不容易排出對代謝不是很好....
再來不建議在身體很熱的狀態馬上沖冷水,通常醫生會建議不要,容易感冒。
尤其不要直接往頭沖,長期下來容易頭痛或偏頭痛。
這跟運動很熱時不要猛灌冰水道裡差不多,因為會傷身~
也不要馬上洗熱水澡,因為會造成身體更多餘熱要排出。
最好緩一下再洗澡,運動完記得收操,有助於肌肉放鬆柔軟,也減少酸痛~
過陣子,等身體溫度穩定下來了再洗澡~
這時候你要洗冷水也ok~
不過建議還是洗熱水好,比較快消除肌肉疲勞也放鬆肌肉~
(但水溫切記勿太熱~~)
