跑步大約3年多了
斷斷續續的有一直維持跑步的習慣(呃...)
意思就是有時候會出現厭倦停滯期
這種狀況通常會發生在剛跑完一場馬拉松之後
或是突然很忙壓力很大的時候
也有的時候就是因為懶XDDD
會覺得幹嘛要跑這麼久阿~幹嘛這樣虐待自己啊(一整個負面情緒)
大家都是用什麼方法讓自己恢復動力呢
像我的話就是馬克媽媽或美樂蒂的粉絲團吧XDD
還有高木直子的"一個人去跑步"系列
還有最近發現的馬拉松硬漢和強風吹拂這一系列的漫畫XDD
會讓人覺得~阿好熱血阿~恨不得穿上跑鞋立刻出門的感覺
當然每次停滯期過後再開始跑就覺得~阿~好遜阿~變慢了
阿還有一個~就是參加貴桑桑的馬拉松~讓人覺得不練也不行
好奇想知道大家恢復動力的方法
4月底參加的NIKE女子半馬 算是人生第一場半馬!
