這樣的發泡錠可以取代運動飲料嗎? - 路跑 Road Running

小弟平常有在騎自行車與跑步 之前為了避免抽筋都是喝運動飲料
不過一直覺得很花錢又不是很健康 有試過開水加鹽 差點吐出來...
最近發現家裡的某牌綜合維他命發泡錠除了微生素B, C, E...
還有每份(顆)含380毫克的鈉 比較過某X跑運動飲料每100cc含48毫克的鈉
如果我加一顆在700的水壺裡 鈉的濃度好像跟運動飲料差不多
請問這樣有降低抽筋的效果嗎? 還是有其他缺點? 謝謝~
