之前在fitness發錯文 特來請益> <
我沒有運動習慣大半年,肥肉雞一隻
最近開始接觸瑜珈(很基礎的那種),光是做這個動作

我就覺得我的小腿肚要爆開了@@
或是雙手跟一隻腳騰空,只靠一條腿撐身體…但我是個胖子(163/68)蠻有壓力~
做完這些動作後,小腿可以酸痛到一週…不知道是正常現象還是受傷=口="
而且小腿總是酸漲感,變得很硬,不太舒服
一直拉筋按摩都沒什麼用@_@ (瑜珈伸展時就是種拉筋…吧? 怎麼會這樣="=)
很基本的轉背好像也閃到了Orz 明明就很緩慢也不刻意做到極致
是我太虛 久了就習慣?(我才上三週 每2~3天上一個小時的課)
還是要注意什麼呢="=
