雖然我問過我很多朋友他們都說好根本不會但我覺得我需要減肥..我早餐是麥片(打算每天)午餐優酪乳(固定一天)晚餐吃正餐(但只吃菜不吃飯或其他東西)我有看過其他減肥文章可能也會配合運動例如每天跳繩100慢慢+或走路2.~30分鐘我現在都喝水不喝飲料早睡早起(希望增加新陳代謝)以上的方法這樣做有辦
