躺著的姿勢腰很痠痛 - 瑜珈 Yoga

圖片動作的下一步常常是雙腿慢動作向下再抬高,或是單腿向下抬起後換腿
這些動作通常都是痠在腹部,可是不知道為甚麼我的下背部(應該是腰椎?就是股溝上五根手指頭的地方)總是特別酸痛,有一種後腰撐起全身重量的感覺,總是不能像其他人一樣做完全部的動作
想請問一下大家這樣是正常的嗎?還是我的看骨頭有移位了呢?
