我身高176、體重65,平常除了讀書,沒什麼在運動,加上最近服用藥物使胃口增加,胖了一公斤。依我的狀況該如何維持體重呢?我曾是100多公斤減下來的,我不能再發胖,我會想死,請大大們教教我該怎麼做?一天適合吃多少熱量才不會發胖呢?怎麼計算?P.S:請不要打不實廣告,對我沒幫助,別害��
