蹲下後膝蓋緊&痛 - 路跑 Road Running

朋友最近跑完步後(9KM以上,平常6K左右都沒事),隔天如果蹲下時膝蓋會有緊緊的感覺,
然後有時候會帶點疼痛感,但是走路的話OK完全沒問題,只有蹲下才會發生...
然後休息個2天又好了,想請問下是什麼原因造成的呢? 或是有什麼治療改善的方法?

身高:165
體重:47
每週跑步天數:4天, 開始練跑至今約5個月
每次跑步距離or時間:6KM~9KM, 7分速
跑步地點/地面:一般路面
距離用餐時間?
是否有做暖身? YES 暖身時間、方式?15分鐘
是否有做收操? YES 收操時間、方式?15分鐘
是否有服用藥物或營養補給品(如:Move free、維骨力)? NO
