問題:到底要跑多少可以達到健身的效果 但又不至於過度訓練
問題的起頭是我三個多月前開始跑步 這段日子以來感冒了三次
中了一次的ITBS 還有三五次小小的疼痛 體重少了三到四公斤
我女朋友基於擔心我的身體 常常"提醒"我不要跑太多XD
也因為這樣而有些爭執
女友他本人跑齡超過五年 月跑量約兩百
認識他快兩年沒看過他感冒過一次 就算我重感冒 都沒被我傳染過
他都說我跑太多反而讓我常常免疫力下降 更常生病 體重也下降
本人第一個月跑就受傷休了十天約跑了170K
第二個月重感冒休了一周跑了280K
上個月跑了300K
然後這個月初又感冒了休息了幾天 目前跑了100K
跑步理當是為了健身 但要跑到多少或是怎樣的速度才又不至於到運動過度呢
還有請問大大 發燒或感冒適合去跑步嗎 上次感覺有點燒去跑跑
流點汗後隔天起床就覺得舒服不少 是心理作用嗎
