跑者膝怎樣算康復 - 路跑 Road Running

因為疫情加工作已經一年多沒好好運動了
這個月才開始跑步
一週三~四次,六分速跑大概3~8K
受限體能跟怕受傷跑量還在慢慢拉
但最近兩次練跑(相隔四天)當下都沒問題
回家或隔天就有跑者膝的痛感
跑完24小時內大概痛2~3次
24小時後就又完全沒症狀想出門跑步了
請問各位建議一旦有症狀大概要休多久比較好
因為每次痛都一下下就好了
有點難評估到底該不該復跑
跑速不是拉的很快、
距離也拉不遠中了感覺很雖小
