最近因為重新開始鍛鍊體能,開始練跑步,
會有左腳腳踝痛,與膝蓋突然無力軟掉的狀況,但很快就好了
初步請教一些前輩,普遍表示應該是肌力還跟不上的問題
但可能除了肌力外,鞋子的問題也要注意
如果本錢夠雄厚的話,建議去定製鞋墊,
因為這種客製化的鞋墊都是按照個人腳部的特性去設計舒壓點,支撐點,
但價格畢竟較高,對於一般跑者可能沒那麼必要
如果預算不夠,那就去買現成的鞋墊,但要注意,鞋墊要厚,要有彈性,
軟硬要適中,不能太軟,因為太軟的鞋墊支撐性就差,
筋膜就容易過度拉扯,足底筋膜炎就是這麼來的.
