跑步穿風衣的好處與壞處? - 路跑 Road Running

各位好,這邊想請教各位,跑步時穿風衣的好處及壞處?
目前會穿風衣跑步的理由,就小弟了解如下:
優點:
1. 增加排汗量 (格鬥技選手為了減重時使用)
2. 訓練耐熱度 (抱歉..不知什麼樣的人需要練耐熱度? 三軍儀隊嗎~)
缺點:
1. 熱
2. 活動度降低 (身體都包起來了)
基於以上原因,是否單純只想增強心肺能力的人,並不需穿風衣?
因為風衣似乎只有在,一些有特殊需求的選手訓練時會使用到。
