跑步時 容易腳底板中間不舒服
跑鞋是
ADIDAS BONSTON BOOST
MIZUNO WAVE AERO
跑步時覺得腳底板中間容易不舒服
跑步時通常是腳底板前方先落地
平均都是跑10km 一週跑2-3次
adidas那雙不舒適感低於wave aero
是因為wave aero底太薄嗎?
換energy boost 會比較好嗎?
