跑步新手怎麼增加訓練量 - 路跑 Road Running

小弟在減肥 平常除了重訓最近會去跑步
大概跑快一個月了 一個禮拜4-5次
像我第一個禮拜只能跑8圈 (400m) 27min
第二個禮拜增加到10圈 35min
第三個禮拜到12圈 42min
想請教各位
因為我速度算蠻慢的
接下來我應該以提升量為目標
像是繼續跑到8km 10km
還是提升時間為目標
像是就跑12圈就好
然後看能不能從42min 進步到30min內
再請各位多多題點了 感謝!
