各位跑步的前輩好
小弟三個月前開始練跑
這是十公里目前的成績

三公里目前14分~16分左右(暫時找不到數據,待會去跑一個再補貼)

目前有氧跟重訓安排

目標:
我以前是國家不要的肥宅,而且是超級大肥宅,170cm 144.9kg
目前已經瘦到71~73公斤左右,當初被國家放棄真的好慘
若干年後,希望能達到國軍體測標準(沒有要簽下去...只是給自己的目標)
伏地挺身,仰臥起坐目前都達標,引體差3下,3000是已經免強達標
但是我希望能跑進12分內
半馬之後也想挑戰看看
我的問題是:
1.以一個跑者而言,我的肌肉量跟體重會不會還是太大了? 目前是打算降至65KG左右
2.大家是怎麼安排跑步跟無氧課表? 我的課表可以怎麼調整呢??
