如標題就是小弟我最近有點困惑
之前因為阿基里斯腱受傷去復健
復健的中醫跟我說
運動完要熱敷曾經受傷的腳根附近
但是看一般的運動員運動完都是泡冰水 就是冰敷
所以想請問各位前輩
一般打球 跑步完 要熱敷 或是 冰敷
因為腳根腳踝很常隔天特別痠痛
最近膝蓋也稍微會痛
這樣是冰敷還是熱敷嗎?
有收操還是會痠痛
