之前都是跑步(十公里,一個小時),但覺得膝蓋會不舒服,想要換成騎單車(也是騎一個小時),但好不容易練成的體力擔心換成騎腳踏車會退步,因為偶而還是想跑跑步,如果可以不退步,還可以對體力有幫助會更好!
