聽說騎單車健身相較於爬山跑步...等的其它運動對膝蓋的傷害較小,不知是否正確?年屆中年後膝蓋容易受傷但又不能不運動,尤其最近騎單車運動休閒正夯無論老少幾乎都能輕鬆上路,但不知對於四五十歲的族群而言每週的運動量是幾小時較適合?因平常都保持每週做五天的韻律操所以體力還不錯,想挑戰山�
