自從今年7/24陽明山半馬後到現在約2個月多的時間,過得非常充實。
原先只是因為單純地想要變得更強、更厲害,開始加大自己的練習量;
希望有一天可以突破自己的全馬成績與半馬成績。
當然一開始非常地有充勁,每天都練得很勤;
以前從來沒有一次練超過10k以上的距離(只有在比賽時才會超過10k)
後來規定自己每次練跑都要超過10K,雖然一開始的幾天鬥志高昂跑得很起勁
但跑個一週後就開始倦怠了…開始會胡思亂想
比如說:我的人生只有跑步嗎?為何而跑之類的問題…出現
當然為何而跑這個問題,每個人答案不同也會隨著時間、環境而改變
像我一開始是為了減肥而跑,後來變成健康而跑再轉換成為了當兵的體能而跑
到了兩年多前開始是為了參加路跑比賽而跑,跑完半馬之後為了全馬而跑
初馬完成後變成為了挑戰自己的極限而跑:追求PB、跑超馬100K、追求百馬業績
人一旦有了目標都會變得很積極、很努力,但有時仍會出現迷惘
究竟人生只有跑步嗎? 經過一番思考之後,我得到了以下的答案:
"人生不是只有跑步,但跑步卻使我的人生豐富了起來"
透過跑步這項運動或是可以說成是一項"工具"
兩年的跑步時間跑遍了全台各地,去了一些從來不曾去過的地方
像是今年去的金門、台南無米樂、屏東里港、綠島、八卦山、永和山…等
甚至去了國外的東京,結合跑步與旅遊才能使得跑步更加有趣;
試著讓自己的心境改變更能夠體會跑步帶來的快樂 Run Happy
為了讓這兩個月的特訓變得好玩有趣,我開始尋找一些LSD路線:
新竹尖石-宇老:原先是坐車去司馬庫斯經過的一條路,但改成用跑的欣賞別有風味
寶二水庫:一圈10KM,延路可欣賞水庫風光、呼吸新鮮空氣
新竹景觀大道-天仁茗茶:前半段是跑在景觀大道上,後半段跑在鄉野小路
陽明山縱走:風櫃嘴、擎天崗、七星山、小油坑、大屯山欣賞陽明山的美
南寮17公里海岸自行車道:欣賞延途海岸風光
十八尖山-清大-交大:早晨的十八尖山很多民眾在健走,但不致影響到跑步,尤其
看到這麼多人跟你一起運動,整個精神就來了
北橫 下巴陵-明池:這一段北橫非常漂亮,跑在大自然裡讓一切的煩惱都拋開了

兩個月(89月)下來跑了815KM,但在心靈層面上並沒有特別累,當然生理上偶爾還是有點累
跑步一旦愛上它,就無法退出了,它將跟著你一輩子;
每每聊到跑步,自己的眼睛都亮了起來
我們需要做的是使跑步這件事更多元、更有趣
大家可以想想如何讓"跑步"這件事融入生活中,變成生活的一部分
當你在跑步陷入低潮時,想想過去跑步的日子的酸甜苦辣
應該馬上就能重拾對跑步的熱情了

最近把小時候看過的馬拉松硬漢這套漫畫拿出來看,還滿熱血的。
