跑操場疑問 - 路跑 Road Running

幾年前第一次跑半馬的時候左邊膝蓋中了ITBS,上個月在跑操場的時候又是左邊
膝蓋髕骨在痛,醫生觸診後是說左邊的股四頭肌相對比較弱,後來在家訓練休息
兩個禮拜感覺沒異狀再跑就沒事了
我的疑問是
1.中間有幾次膝蓋輕微不舒服也都是發生在左膝,有看過一種說法是跑操場會對一側的
膝蓋負擔比較重,這情況是否跟較常跑操場有關?
還是因為受過傷就是會比較容易再中獎?
2.跑操場是否也會容易造成左右腳肌肉發展不均?
另外請問如果是中距離的輕鬆跑(約8~12K),跑完也不太會喘,
平均心律大約在155左右,大家會做熱身跟收操嗎?
