我是一個跑步新手
每次跑完比較長的距離(比方 16 km, 21km)
過不了多久之後都會拉肚子
而且大概會持續半天以上
會有這種情形是因為我跑步中途沒有補充水分的關係嗎?
不知道有什麼方法可以防止這種情形發生
