大家都知道跑前不熱身容易抽筋,那跑後都不收操會有什麼後遺症嗎?
因為小弟在版上看到一些收操的文章,大都是教你怎麼做,
很少提到做收操的目的,頂多只有看到可以舒緩肌肉減輕隔天疲勞之類,
除了這個還有其他的原因嗎? 小弟之前跑完都沒在收操,
最近有收操的習慣,感覺不出有什麼差別耶...
