跑完LSD後..痠痛!? (半馬前的準備) - 路跑 Road Running

路跑版的版友們 大家好:
因為我三月要跑半馬
所以想開始增加跑步的計畫
平常日 一週大概會跑3~4次 8~10km
假日有時候兩天也會跑 有時候會拉長一些 (最遠是15km)
速度都大概是 5分40~6分的速度 在跑
昨天早上去跑了晨跑 想說來練看看LSD的方式
跑了20公里 測出來是8分速 花了2小時43分
但是 跑完後 大腿 小腿等都很痠 (膝蓋倒還好)
是因為第一次跑都會這樣嗎? 還是哪一方面出了問題 ?
之前跑15km也沒有這麼明顯的痠痛感
另外 .. 7月想要跑全馬 有什麼比較好的調整方法嗎?
