跑前的內心掙扎~~ - 路跑 Road Running

我平均一個禮拜跑4~5天,一次約8~12公里,
每次下班後好累,就好掙扎今天到底要不要跑!
每天都背著跑衣,跑鞋上班,就是告訴自己
不要對不起想跑的自己,對不起這些裝備!!
但,其實,每天快下班前都會掙扎,
今天休息吧,天氣變冷了,衣服還沒冼
想躺在沙發上看長片,之類的藉口!
結果,還是開始每天例行的跑步,
只是自己最大的掙扎,應該是:
一但,輸給了藉口,就會給自己更多的藉口!
然後,就放棄跑步了!!
大家,會這樣嗎?!
有點害怕這樣每天左右為難的自己,
真的是有享受跑步的過程嗎?
但,跑完是真的很舒服,原本疲憊的身體,
忽然又有了力量~~
真的,好予盾喔!!
