跑全馬前的訓練準備 - 路跑 Road Running

想詢問一下,因小弟目前尚未有跑過全馬的經驗,
一週跑步6天,其中5天為重訓完會慢跑3-4km,
1天則是6-8km左右,調配強度為:

目前有參加過幾次半馬,
時間很湊巧的都是1小時51分完賽,

過程中除在補給站喝幾次水及上廁所都沒有停滯,
由於不太會配速的關係,
一開始就以覺得較佳的速度前行,
後續體力沒那麼好時會掉速,跑速較不穩定,
近期有開始在練習配速,
及讓自己在前幾km處於熱身狀況,
下一次參加的是11/18的半馬,
往後希望能挑戰全馬。
因此想詢問版上有全馬經驗的版友們,
在參加全馬前有需要怎麼樣的練習調整,
以我目前的狀態在跑全馬時,
有機會在普遍大會規定時間內跑完全程嗎
