跑了一個月的一些小問題 - 路跑 Road Running

我身高171cm 75kg 一個月前開始持續性的跑步..主要是想減肥和練體力
我跑步的場地是國小操場..我都跑外圈..我弟說內圈才是200m..那外圈是多少??
總之我一開始都維持一定速度跑..但頂多只能撐到八圈..然後走一圈之後..
之後兩次大概分別都撐到3~4圈...總之我都分三次跑..總和起來大概12~15圈
後來我有一個體院的球友..他建議我分一圈慢一圈快這樣跑..所以我換菜單跑
想不到第一次跑就能撐到11圈...但後來頂多能撐到13圈..不是累的問題..
而是會有反胃的問題..讓我不太敢跑..再加上跑久..膝蓋會痛..腳後跟也會痛..
這樣算是舊傷還是跑步累積的傷害呢...我現在的跑法可以再做其他改變嗎
腳的疼痛是因為鞋子的關係嗎...講個事實~~不要罵我..我是穿汰換掉的高筒籃球鞋
去跑的...連鞋底都是平的..也不透氣..穿這種鞋跑步是不是會對腳有很大的傷害?
看版上的底限好像最少都要5km..我是不是也要以這個目標前進??不過跑了一個月了
怎麼好像還是瘦不下來..有點灰心說..不過六日去打籃球的時候..明顯不會累
水份也沒像以前流失那麼快..感覺還不錯..腳力也比較強了..只是還是沒瘦..xd
