跑LSD時的水份補給 - 路跑 Road Running

各位前輩
小弟又來請教問題了!
最近小弟跑了兩次台中東勢的「東豐走廊」當LSD
來回共25KM,路標清楚,再加上路上只會有腳踏車,相對安全
但是兩次在水份補給的準備上,都覺得有點不方便
(一) 一次是拿兩罐礦泉水在手上,過10K後,每2.5K就喝一口!
但這缺點是拿久了,手好酸。
(二) 這次則是準備了個腰包,上面可以放水壺那種,但這又有三個不方便
其一是水壺太小,裝水太少;其二是當喝了一口水後,水壺不再是全滿的
每跑一步整個水壺就會有晃動的感覺;其三是腰包背久了,與髖骨磨擦處易
起水泡…
看了一下版上先前的文章,大家多數的LSD是帶零錢出門,渴了就找 7-11…那要是跑
像東豐走廊或是跑山路這種路線,大家有無其他絕招可方便補充水份呢?
