本魯參加某夜跑團.跑了10K.未入補給站
佛心的某夜跑團設有補給站
跑完以後除了水以外還有其他好好食的補給品如西瓜.餅乾.滷味.香蕉..等
跑完水分的補充是一定要的
在吃補給品的同時.我在想.那吃餅乾香蕉巧克力等這些是需要的嗎?
因為已經跑完了.
已知蛋白質類是可以有事後修復肌肉的功能.
長距離跑步邊跑邊補給是正常的.可以跑的更久更遠更安全.
跑完後.除了水以外.需要再補其他食品嗎?
對減重不易的跑友而言.這樣不就日久越跑越胖了..
不曉的各位前輩的看法是如何?
