賽前一週疑似受傷 - 路跑 Road Running

各位好,小弟為了這禮拜日的比賽已訓練了快三個
月,九月和十月月跑量都有170-200k,11月到目前
也有130k左右,現在最快10k能50分結束,平常也
有在用滾桶按摩和拉筋。
無奈上週五上樓梯突然覺得腳後跟一陣痛.....原本以
為睡一覺就好,星期六一早起來要跑長距離,但跑
2k腳的痛感就到了有點無法忽視的地步,所以就拜
興而歸......無奈地處偏鄉,要到星期二才有辦法去
看自費的物理治療。不過在這兩天狂按摩拉筋後,
是不太會痛了,但還是有點緊繃。
想請問各位,在賽前一週遇到這種情形,是會直接
放掉,還是有其他的作法?又另外有跑友一樣和我
痛的部位一樣可以給點心得嗎?謝謝!
