想請問各位大大,大腿後方連結屁股的那條筋很容易拉傷
幾乎每打一次球就小拉一次 輕則休息一下就可以在戰,重則只好回家
平常有在做深蹲及舉啞鈴等一些輕微的健身,可是好像無法訓練到剛剛所說的部位,想請
問各位大大該如何鍛鍊剛剛所說容易拉
傷部位的肌力~
