請教版上的前輩 想挑戰50以上超馬的話 - 路跑 Road Running

目標:12小時或50-100KM
衣服和裝備要 特別 準備些什麼嗎!?
目前基本練習量一天可以到18
一個禮拜可以練三天左右
1.有些跑者會帶袖套,那實際上的功能性是什麼呢!?
2.目前都是穿飄飄褲跑,超馬的話,最好是穿緊身長褲嗎
3.如果目標是12小時那種,有什麼經驗可以傳授呢!?
