請教準備高雄初馬(有跑步習慣) - 路跑 Road Running

請教大家我目前的安排可以嗎?
去年高雄是我的初半馬 慢慢的2:34跑完
一直都有維持運動習慣習慣 一週5~6天
先重訓45分鐘 然後跑步45分鐘(接近8k)
剛看到今年的簡章出來了
想要報名高雄馬為我的初馬
算一算大概剩3個月
計畫原本的運動不變
然後目前打算在每週休息日的前一天(週一休息 健身房沒開)
安排跑LSD 一週一次 想從1.5hr 每次增加30mins
看情況大概2-3週增加一次時間 最後能夠到3hr
不知道這樣的安排好嗎?
因為準備考試 所以每天作息比較固定
想說更改一天的時間表來練LSD(週日)
不知道這樣的計畫可行嗎?
